Ferret meat list!? ....?

I don't know a lot on this subject so I don't want to give you incorrect info. There is an article in the last issue of Ferrets USA (you can get it at petsmart or places like that) about meat diet vs. kibble diet. My ferret won't eat meat when I've tried to give him just a little piece though, they are picky eaters.
