Hawk problem?

I recently had a hawk that has moved in to the trees behind by house. At first, we enjoyed having him as he took care of the chipmunk and groundmice population in our yard, but lately he has been targeting all of our small birds (or chikidies, finches, etc) and they are afraid to come to our feeders. How can we get rid of the hawk, and still keep our birds?
