I Spilt boiling water on my leg what should i do?

There's not a lot you can do really apart from numbing it. I was making some tea and there was a hairline crack in the mug, but the hot water mate it smash completely and the water poured all over my foot. It hurt for a couple of days but I made sure I kept it uncovered whenever I could (or wore light clothing) because tight socks would rub and make it hurt more. If it starts to blister then that's expected, but if you notice anything more (funny colours etc) then it could be infected. I dont think you need to go to the doctors, and no, the skin will gradually heal over time. Good luck x
