There is an article in the last issue of Ferrets USA (you can get it at petsmart or places like that) about meat diet vs. kibble diet. My ferret won't eat meat when I've tried to give him just a little piece though, they are picky eaters. How can I build my endurance back up?

I'm a boxer and I got sick with the flu for about ten days. I am still getting over it, but now I'm just a bit congested. When I was sick I didn't work out at all I just kind of laid around and slept. I went worked out and got in the ring today and I feel like I lost a ton of muscle m and I can't last long fighting or hitting the bag anymore. I'm going to start running tomorrow to build back my endurance so I can last a while and lifting weights. Is there anything else I can do to build up my endurance and strenght fast? I feel like being sick took all my stamina away and I really need it. How can I regain it fast and build it up even more?

I was given a federal direct parent plus loan. Is this a loan for my parents to take out and pay off? Or can it be a loan for me to pay? My dad says he will not co-sign for any of my college loans (mostly because he doesn't like my major) and so I know he won't take out any loans himself. How exactly do college loans work? I also got a fed. riect unsub student loan. What kind of loan is that? Am I able to get loans from other places like the bank? Can I only get loans from the bank I have a bank account at? What are some pros/cons of moving to Santa Paula, CA?

My husband and I are very strongly considering moving to Santa Paula, CA (from Simi Valley), and we want to hear from anyone who lives or has lived there what they have experienced living in this area. We have a toddler, so we are looking for a family-friendly area with good schools. We have also looked into Fillmore, but the "vibe" in Santa Paula seems to be more our style.
