TTC 12 months.. Help!?

my hubby and I have been ttc for 12 months. I had surgery at the end of January and haven't been able to BD til the end of last month. So, we both sustained from , etc for 3 months then started trying again this month. Since January my periods have regulated themselves.. they use to be WAY OFF.. never knew when I was going to start but the past two months 28 days like clockwork.. so this month was easy to calculate... do you think being abstinent for 3 months helped us out ( and have also dropped 15 pounds)? I am currently 7 dpo.. feel tired and BB's are sore on the sides, also feel kind of full in my uterus area. What do you think my chances are of conceiving this month?
