Video Conversion Freeware?

Okay, now that I've got a good ripping suite [DVD Decryptor and ImTOO seemingly the most reliable] I was wondering if any of you could suggest a good Conversion suite so I can convert my footage to WMV. Remember, all I'm looking for is a reliable, straight forward, easy-to-use freeware program, as I'm by no means an expert on this kind of thing.
