Is Obama completely out-of-touch with reality, when he says that he's NOT changing?

At least he is not more out of touch then the republicons. Jobs and taxes are the 2 biggest motivators, Obama's radical legislations stabilized the faltering economy and created or saved 3 million jobs and extended health care to cover 30 million more americans. I would not want to let the republicons to repeal it either.
