What do you call a girl that kiss her only friend and miss him but she don't want to be his GF !!!?

i have a friend she is in my age and we see each other every day we act like lovers (without the word i love you ) we hug we kiss each other but we are not for each other i mean maybe i want her but she always say that i'm the best friend on her life so she act with me like that does she love's me ? and there is a point i have to mention !! that she is chinese and i'm iraqi !! i mean chinese girls here in china don't really love foreigners i live in china and i know the girls here so please tell me what should i do should i stay in that way of life with her !! or should i leave her !! or what !! i'm lost
