Am I too heavy?? How can i fix that?

Yes. BUT, you can easily drop some weight by lowering your calories and eating 6 small meals a day and doing cardio 3-4 times per week. Don't lift weights on the same days as cardio. Do something like gym on Mon-Wed-Fri and cardio on Tues-Thurs-Sat.
