Could the LA Clippers had been a better team this year if their best players had been healthy?

Maybe a little bit but they still wouldn't have made the playoffs. They got too many bad eggs, Zach Randolph, Ricky Davis and even Baron can cause problems at times. Prob. 40-45 wins if they were all healthy.
