Cynical question: Why does everybody ume someone ugly is always beautiful on the inside?

I�ve seen so many ugly people who tried to put others down because of their insecurity, dress differently so they think they�re pretty and act arrogant, make themselves ugly and then claiming they�re beautiful. I agree there are really ugly people who are pretty on the inside, but those completely dont care about their looks, they just shine with how they act or what they do. I know Im probably politically incorrect for asking this, but what is your opinion on this?
