Your new name for it is interesting. No. It isn't out of control just because you and the right wants to say it is and end it. Slavery lasted for 400 years, and job/education exclusion lasted at least a century before affirmative ACTION was instituted. So affirmative ACTION needs to be kept in effect for a considerable time to compensate. Get over it.
