Dreams with music, or about music?

I'm a musician and I'm always dreaming that either me or someone else is writing the greatest song I've ever heard! But then I wake up and I can't even remember one note of it. Very annoying. I think it means that I want to be a way better musician and I want to express my feelings into the music more, but I don't know how. I guess my dreams are trying to show me what it would feel like. What a tease!
