Should i buy this PC? Please help!?

You didn't say who your computer was by Ex:, HP, Dell? It might be able to handle the games, however you won't know for sure until you call the company of who made your pc. Call and ask them if your pc is compatible to play your games or your can go to a computer service shop that adds more memory,etc to pcs and let the computer tech help you.
