Will this work ? From zero exercise to walking for an hour. Cycling at difficult mode on exerciser for half an?

Really it works,its more then enough what right now you are doing and i ure you will reduce your weight, what you have expected. please continue it what you have mentioned and kindly have lots of fluids and lime juice with pinch of a salt and have more leafy vegetables and fibre rich food like beans,kidney beans,wheat and its products
