Brink, Mortal Kombat, or L.A. Noire?

Which one should I buy? I like FPS games, but they're kind of getting old. I have never played the Mortal Kombat series and L.A. Noire looks cool, but it seems to have no re-playability. I have a PS3. What should I buy?
