Please help me understand that being tall is a good thing?

omg. i'm 5'5 @ 16 and i wish i was taller. you dont appreciate it now but one day you'll get noticed for your long legs and you'll love it. embrace it please because being tall is an amazing thing. if these guys don't like you because of your height then they are stupid but i know you wont realize that now. trust me you'll love it eventually.
