Does anyone out there actually know how 2 get a visa for a immigrant(latino)?

I was wonderin if anyone actually knows how to get a Visa for a immigrant from Mexico??? There is so many run a rounds out there. We dont know who to believe anymore... If anyone has any good info please let me know.. Thanks Mucho...
